Ms. Dillon has served as CEO at Geisinger HealthSouth for the past ten years. Prior to her current position, she practiced as a certified speech/language pathologist for 17 years after graduating from Penn State University with a master’s degree in communication disorders. Previous experience includes serving as the neurological program director and director of the Speech Department at HealthSouth Mechanicsburg, and operating a private practice in Connecticut and New York states. Additionally, Ms. Dillon is the author of therapy software for neurologically impaired individuals and is a member and/or officer of various professional and civic organizations.

| Greg F. Burke, MD | |

| After serving as interim medical director for a year, Dr. Burke was officially named as medical director at Geisinger HealthSouth in April 2007. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is an associate in the General Internal Medicine Department at Geisinger Medical Center. Dr. Burke holds degrees from the University of Scranton and the Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University. In addition to the aforementioned positions, Dr. Burke is also the medical director at the Emmanuel Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. He has an interest in bio-ethics and has published several articles that address physician ethics and spirituality as it relates to medicine. |

| Director of Marketing Operations | |
| Ms. Presswood currently oversees the admissions and marketing functions within the hospital. She is not new to the healthcare industry, having held the positions of president for VNA Private Duty, a home-health related services organization; and director of community and governmental relations for Shamokin Area Community Hospital, where she also served as an in-house performance improvement trainer. Ms. Presswood holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta. |

| Sally Shipierski brings more than 20 years of accounting expertise to Geisinger HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital. A New York native, she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Bloomsburg University in Northeast Pennsylvania. Prior to joining HealthSouth, she worked as a controller in the manufacturing arena. Sally is a familiar face to some Geisinger finance leaders as she also worked for Geisinger Clinic as a staff accountant back in 1986. |
| M. Kim Rankin, RN | |
| Chief Nursing Officer | |
| A seasoned health care professional, Ms. Rankin brings 27 years of nursing experience to the rehabilitation setting. She attended school at Chester County Hospital School of Nursing and West Chester University outside of Philadelphia. Prior to joining Geisinger HealthSouth, her experiences were in the areas of critical care medicine, project management with the implementation of an electronic medical record and various inpatient and outpatient leadership roles. Ms. Rankin is currently completing her MSN and MBA at Bloomsburg University. |

| Ms. Shirley is a veteran in human resources, having worked in the field since 1988 and in HR management since 1994. Prior to beginning her career, she attended Williamsport Area Community College (WACC) in the business management program. She joined the Geisinger HealthSouth senior management team in 2003 and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. |
| Thomas W. Hoy, DPT | |
| Chief Operating Officer | |
| Dr. Hoy serves dual administrative roles at the hospital, providing oversight and management to inpatient therapy operations and case management, as well as risk management, performance improvement and regulatory compliance. A native of central Pennsylvania, Hoy joined Geisinger HealthSouth as a staff physical therapist following completion of graduate school. Hoy has filled several managerial roles before assuming his present position, including brain injury program coordinator, inpatient program director, and director of quality improvement and risk management. He received a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Scranton and a doctorate of physical therapy from Temple University. |
